Finalist in the “If You Were Here” Contest by DeoVR & PICO Video.
We’re thrilled to share some great news: our Evril pilot video was selected among the Top 10 finalists of the “If You Were Here” creator contest, organized by DeoVR in partnership with PICO Video (Pico TV).
Finalist… and #1 in the Jury Vote!
Over several weeks, creators from around the world shared their vision of “presence” in VR, with the final ranking based on a mix of likes (DeoVR + PICO) and points awarded by a jury.
Even though our video didn’t take 1st place overall, it achieved something we’re especially proud of: it ranked #1 in the Jury votes (an international panel of VR video professionals), with a score of 82.7 points.
A huge congratulations to the contest winners—and above all, a heartfelt thank you to everyone who watched, liked, commented, and supported our work.
What’s next ?
This result motivates us more than ever to keep pushing the VR experience toward more emotion, stronger storytelling, and deeper presence. More is coming very soon—stay tuned !
